| In some circumstances PC4Networks may offer you
remote assistance to enable us to investigate problems you are experiencing.
This can greatly speed up fault correction and is becoming increasingly
popular with our customers.
We do require you to perform a couple of tasks for this to be
enabled. First of all, you will be required to have MSN Windows
Messenger installed on your computer. This is a free product that
allows us to communicate with you in real time while we are investigating
problems. It is more efective than a telephone call as the dialog
is typed and remains on the screen for you to refer back to instructions
as necessary. It also enables you to remailn on-line during communication
where there is only a single line available for Internet and telephone
connection.
Using Messenger, we will guide you through the further tasks required.
Once our remote diagnostics system is set up we will have control
of your computer to find your problems but you can cancel this at
any time if you wish.
